Analyst Trainee
Position Description:
Analyst Trainee is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for software applications. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application-related issues to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of software systems.
Analyst Trainee works closely with the Application Support team and collaborates with other IT teams to address user concerns and deliver effective solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 2022/2023/2024 batch of BSC(Computer Science/IT), BSC(Mathematics) & BCA
- Candidates must have 60 % in X, XII, Diploma or UG
- No standing arrears in the current education
- Not more than 36 months of a gap in education
- Strong written and communication skills
- Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India, work in any shift / technology / domain, including work from office location basis business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support to end-users, including issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate response and resolution.
- Collaborate with the Application Support team to escalate complex issues and collaborate on problem resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical incidents, identify underlying problems, and implement preventive measures to enhance application stability.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support activities, including incident reports, service requests, and resolution steps.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of application updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal impact on end-users.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on software functionality and best practices to enhance their proficiency and resolve common issues.
- Collaborate with application development teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues or bugs.
- Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend optimization measures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in application support methodologies to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Skills Required:

assertive frame of mind while executing the day-to-day tasks.
