Job Description:

Non Service desk associate has a wide range of activities spanning from Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.

Analysts need to monitor the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management, and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end-user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.

Package: INR 2.5 Lacs Per Annum Approximate

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 batch of UG & PG All Branches
• Minimum 10+2+4 years of education (All in full time)
• First-class (50%) in 10th, 12th, UG, and PG (Full time/Regular courses)
• No standing arrears in the current education
• Not more than 36 months of a gap in education
• Strong written and communication skills
• Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India, work in any shift/domain
• Should be an Indian National

Skills Required:
