Training Coordinator

Job description



  • Coordinate with clients to understand training requirements
  • Prepare Training calendars
  • Coordinate training related activities from students, trainers and clients perspective.
  • Collecting trainer/trainee/training feedback for all training tracks after each module
  • Implement course correction measures
  • Coordinate Client interviews
  • Manage a resource database
  • Implement current training methods and best practices to facilitate training


  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Previous experience as a Training Coordinator role is preferred
